Radiant offers a holistic approach to coaching education that honors identity as a strength. GETTING STARTED

How it Works

START DATES & DURATION

Radiant programs are delivered through intentionally designed cohorts, a model proven to increase learning retention, engagement, and completion. While pacing varies by student, most participants complete certification within approximately six months, with credentialing timelines dependent on individual readiness and application submission. Ongoing access to our community and alumni networks is available to graduates who remain active, aligned, and committed to ethical participation.

DELIVERY METHOD

Our program combines online coursework and live virtual classes with an optional week-long, in-person coaching education experience offering up to 40 coach-specific education hours. This immersive format accelerates learning through live practice, real-time feedback, and embodied skill integration that supports professional readiness. For students unable to attend the in-person week, a fully virtual pathway remains available, ensuring accessibility while maintaining the same rigorous educational and ethical standards.

FINANCIAL OPTIONS

We offer interest-free payment plans, with installment options of up to 16 months depending on the program. A limited number of partial scholarships may be available, and certification is awarded once all program requirements and financial obligations are fulfilled.

CURRICULUM

Our program includes a self-paced online curriculum that provides the core knowledge required to become a professional coach and build a sustainable practice. This is complemented by live Zoom classes, offered seven days a week, where students complete required ICF live hours. In addition, we offer resource development classes that support holistic health, embodiment, and healing practices, creating balance between professional credentialing and whole-person sustainability.

ALUMNI SUPPORT

After completing your coursework, live instruction, and assessments, you’ll receive your certification to apply for ICF credentialing. Radiant’s support continues beyond graduation through alumni-only trainings, community teaching opportunities, a curated job board, and priority access to paid opportunities requiring credentialed coaches.

CERTIFICATION & CREDENTIALING

What is the ICF?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals. Recognized as the gold standard in coaching, the ICF ensures that coaches uphold ethical practices, core competencies, and a commitment to ongoing growth and development.

Earning an ICF-accredited certification not only enhances credibility but also opens doors to greater career opportunities, giving coaches the skills and recognition needed to create meaningful impact in their clients’ lives.

Do I need to be certified?

The professional coaching industry is only 55 or so years old in the US so we're not yet regulated and don't require a license to coach. Basically, anyone can call themselves a coach which is why it's vital to be highly trained to support people in their lives. Also, regulation is coming!

What's the difference between certification and credentialing?

Certification comes from us, a Radiant diploma designating your ICF-accredited hours from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since we hold a Level 1 + 2 + 3 accreditation from them. Next comes credentialing with a diploma from ICF designating that you attended an accredited school and requires logging hours and taking an exam.

Does your school include marketing support?

We do extensive marketing training and support including a free webpage to kickstart your coaching practice. Whether it's social media, SEO, programs + packages, websites, online courses, authoring, podcasting, blogging, vlogging, networking, etc. – we help with all of it!

How soon can I start charging for my coaching?

Within weeks of starting your training with us, you will feel confident enough to begin establishing your prices and asking for what you're worth. You can even charge for your practicum sessions!

How old is your school and how many students do you have?

Radiant Coaches Academy was formed in 2012, and we have over 1100 students in over 25 countries in over 10 languages. Approximately 10 trainees are in each of our Zoom classes – and about a dozen students attend our in-person retreats.

Can I really make money as a coach?

Yes! The International Coaching Federation surveys tens of thousands of professional coaches and their recent survey showed that the average hourly rate (in the USA) is $272 per hour. “Full-time” coaching is approximately 15 hours per week and (conservatively) earns you $100k yearly. Plus, we have other forms of income!

What is different about your program?

We are a progressive school in many ways, diverse and inclusive to say the least. As all ICF-accredited schools, we follow a strict core-competency model, but we also teach expansive modalities like Human Design, Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, Constellations, Narrative Enneagram, Intuition Development and more. Also, we are woman- and queer-owned!
