What is Holistic Coaching?

Unlike traditional coaching, a holistic approach empowers you to work with clients on a deeper level—addressing not just goals, but the mind, body, emotions, and spirit as a whole. This integrative style not only helps others thrive but also fosters your own personal growth, making it a truly rewarding and meaningful career path.
Holistic coaching is a transformative approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—rather than focusing solely on one aspect of their life. It integrates various coaching methodologies with a deep understanding of how different areas of life are interconnected.

Unlike traditional coaching, which may center on goal-setting or performance, holistic coaching nurtures self-awareness, balance, and long-term well-being. It often incorporates elements of mindfulness, wellness practices, emotional intelligence, and sometimes even spirituality, depending on the client's needs.

At its core, holistic coaching helps individuals align their personal and professional lives, achieve fulfillment, and create meaningful, sustainable change by addressing both internal and external factors affecting their growth.
GETTING STARTED

How it Works

START DATES & DURATION

We have a rolling enrolment so you can start immediately. Our students are typically certified within six months and credentialed within three months afterward but it is all self-paced; there's no pressure for you to finish in a set timeframe. You also get lifetime access to our live classes, online course and community

FINANCIAL OPTIONS

We offer interest-free payment options with up to 16-month instalments depending on the program. Just select your preferred financial option when you enrol. DELIVERY METHOD

Our program runs entirely online and is fully self-paced so you can join from anywhere in the world. We also offer optional (additional cost) in-person weeklong training retreats hosted internationally which account for 40 hours of live training.

CURRICULUM

Our program consists of an online self-paced course providing you the core knowledge needed to become a coach, open and market your practice. Live zoom classes run 7 days a week (between 8AM and 9PM ET) and can be selected based on your interests to sharpen or broaden your skills and complete your required ICF live hours.

Alumni Support

Once you've completed your online course, live classes and required assessments, we will award you a certificate so you can submit your application for the ICF accreditation exam. We support you all the way - group classes and mentoring hours are available to help you prep for the exam and the ICF requirements

What is the ICF?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals. Recognized as the gold standard in coaching, the ICF ensures that coaches uphold ethical practices, core competencies, and a commitment to ongoing growth and development.

Earning an ICF-accredited certification not only enhances credibility but also opens doors to greater career opportunities, giving coaches the skills and recognition needed to create meaningful impact in their clients’ lives.

Do I need to be certified?

The professional coaching industry is only 55 or so years old in the US so we're not yet regulated and don't require a license to coach. Basically, anyone can call themselves a coach which is why it's vital to be highly trained to support people in their lives. Also, regulation is coming!

What's the difference between certification and credentialing?

Certification comes from us, a Radiant diploma designating your ICF-accredited hours from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since we hold a Level 1 + 2 + 3 accreditation from them. Next comes credentialing with a diploma from ICF designating that you attended an accredited school and requires logging hours and taking an exam.

Does your school include marketing support?

We do extensive marketing training and support including a free webpage to kickstart your coaching practice. Whether it's social media, SEO, programs + packages, websites, online courses, authoring, podcasting, blogging, vlogging, networking, etc. – we help with all of it!

How soon can I start charging for my coaching?

Within weeks of starting your training with us, you will feel confident enough to begin establishing your prices and asking for what you're worth. You can even charge for your practicum sessions!

How old is your school and how many students do you have?

Radiant Coaches Academy was formed in 2012, and we have over 1100 students in over 25 countries in over 10 languages. Approximately 10 trainees are in each of our Zoom classes – and about a dozen students attend our in-person retreats.

Can I really make money as a coach?

Yes! The International Coaching Federation surveys tens of thousands of professional coaches and their recent survey showed that the average hourly rate (in the USA) is $272 per hour. “Full-time” coaching is approximately 15 hours per week and (conservatively) earns you $100k yearly. Plus, we have other forms of income!

What is different about your program?

We are a progressive school in many ways, diverse and inclusive to say the least. As all ICF-accredited schools, we follow a strict core-competency model, but we also teach expansive modalities like Human Design, Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, Constellations, Narrative Enneagram, Intuition Development and more. Also, we are woman- and queer-owned!
