Eric Edwards (he/him)
Eric Edwards is a U.S. Air Force veteran with 21 years of distinguished service, and a leader in resilience-building for individuals and organizations. Throughout his military career, Eric excelled as an Education & Training Manager and Master Resilience Trainer, developing programs that fostered mental fitness, teamwork, and transformational leadership. He holds degrees in Religion and Education & Training Management, and is currently completing his master’s in Pastoral Counseling.
At Radiant Health Institute, Eric serves as a faculty member, mentor coach, and resilience facilitator, offering steady guidance and real-world wisdom. He specializes in resilience-building, values-driven leadership, mental fitness, and holistic personal development. Eric has trained and mentored thousands across the military and coaching fields, making him a trusted guide for students at every level. His unwavering commitment to growth, inclusion, and results helps others rise to their full potential and lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Phoenix Lee (she/her)
Phoenix’s background includes frontline work in trauma recovery centers and coordinating care for those facing serious life challenges. She is known for her unwavering attention to detail, rigorous commitment to student confidentiality, and fierce advocacy for student well-being. Her warmth and compassion are matched only by her high standards for accountability and action. As Radiant’s Executive Assistant and Student Support lead, Phoenix is dedicated to student success and stands ready to support, encourage, and protect every member of the Radiant community.

With expertise as a career development specialist, and a trauma-informed yoga teacher, Taamisah partners with students to cultivate both personal and professional growth through holistic practice. Their unique background includes supporting individuals with chronic illness, disability, neurodivergence, and those navigating systemic barriers.
Taamisah is known for holding safe, reflective spaces where students can reconnect with their deepest values and chart meaningful, empowered paths forward. Their teaching style is authentic, compassionate, and deeply attentive, encouraging learners to engage with curiosity, clarity, and a strong sense of inner wisdom.

Melissa Barnett is a proud Mexican-Hispanic woman, mother of five, and a passionate advocate for educational equity. With over 25 years of experience as a teacher and principal across private, public, charter, and tribally-controlled schools, she has dedicated her career to empowering youth and communities. As a first-generation college graduate and lifelong South Phoenix resident, Melissa champions spaces where growth, accountability, and radical self-acceptance can thrive. Her coaching approach blends real-world wisdom with a deep belief in each person’s capacity to heal, shift, and lead.
Melissa’s work is profoundly influenced by her mentor, Lourdes “Lulu” Rodriguez, whose fearless authenticity continues to inspire her.
