Assessment Feedback & Remediation Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Prepared by: Surya, CEO, Radiant Health International

Radiant Health International is committed to fair, transparent, and growth-oriented assessment practices in alignment with ICF accreditation standards. All student evaluations—including observed coaching, written work, and participation—are assessed against clearly communicated criteria and ICF Core Competency markers.

Timely Feedback: Students receive specific, actionable feedback following each formal assessment to support their ongoing development and mastery of coaching skills.

Evaluation Turnaround: Please allow 2–4 weeks for final evaluations and assessment of recorded coaching calls. Our faculty are a diverse, global team—including parents, C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, and more—who bring exceptional thoroughness to every review. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure a high standard of excellence.

Remediation Process: If a student does not meet minimum passing standards on any required evaluation, they will be offered a clear remediation pathway, including additional practice, targeted feedback, and opportunities to re-submit work or participate in further observed sessions.

Reassessment Limits: Remediation and re-assessment opportunities are subject to reasonable limits as outlined in program materials and may incur additional fees if extended faculty/trainer involvement is required.

Appeals: Students who wish to appeal an assessment or remediation decision may submit a written request to the Director of Education for review.

Commitment to Growth: The goal of assessment and remediation is always to foster competence, confidence, and ethical excellence—not to “weed out” or exclude.

Questions about assessment, feedback, or remediation should be directed to the Director of Education or support@ radianthealthinstitute.com.
