Radiant Policy & Procedures

Attendance & Participation Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Prepared by: Surya, CEO, Radiant Health International

Radiant Health International’s ICF-accredited programs are designed to honor neurodivergence, flexible pacing, and the diversity of every learner. We run multiple live classes weekly—across different days, time zones, and trainers—so students can choose sessions and educators that truly resonate with their needs.

Live Learning Requirement

70% of total program hours must be completed through live, synchronous classes or workshops (Level 1: 42/60 hours; Level 2: 87.5/125 hours; Level 3: 52.5/75 hours).

The remaining 30% may be completed via self-paced modules, recorded content, and assignments.

Flexible Attendance

No requirement to notify trainers for missed classes (unless you were scheduled to coach or be client that week) students are free to attend any live session that fits their schedule and learning style.

Attendance is only officially tracked for mentor coaching sessions (7 group, 3 one-to-one per program), which require advance sign-up.

Extended Absence or Non-Responsive Students

If a student ceases participation in the program and does not respond to outreach from the Radiant team, and has not provided reasonable documentation or communication for their absence, Radiant Health International is not obligated to provide a refund or additional accommodations.

Radiant’s obligations are fulfilled by providing access to the learning platform, scheduled trainings, contract materials, and all program resources as outlined in enrollment agreements.

Students who “disappear” or become non-communicative without notice forfeit their place in the program and any associated fees.

Re-Entry or Leave of Absence Requests

Requests for a leave of absence or program re-entry due to personal, medical, or extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Approval may result in re-assignment to a future cohort, subject to program space and Radiant’s discretion.

Additional fees or requirements may apply.

Pacing, Cohorts & Individual Support

Structured Cohorts, Personalized Pacing: While Radiant operates in structured cohort cycles (e.g., 6-month, 12-month), we recognize that learning journeys are unique. If a 6-month program takes you 8 months, we support that—so long as you remain dedicated, communicative, and respectful throughout.

Resourcefulness and flexibility are core coaching skills; we walk our talk by supporting you to learn at your own best pace, while maintaining momentum and accountability.

Extended completion timelines must be discussed with our support team to ensure ongoing access and alignment with program requirements.

Participation & Engagement

Active participation in live sessions (coaching practice, group activities, discussions) is essential for skill-building and community connection.

Students are encouraged to explore classes with different trainers to find the best fit for their growth and learning needs.

Completion & Certification

Certification requires completion of 70% live hours, all required mentor coaching sessions, and all assignments (both live and self-paced).

Students not meeting these requirements may be ineligible for completion or certification, regardless of self-paced work.

Non-Refundable Policy

Once Radiant has provided program access and all agreed-upon resources, program fees are non-refundable regardless of student participation or attendance status.

Accommodations

Students experiencing challenges or needing extended time due to life circumstances should contact support@ radianthealthinstitute.com. Radiant will work collaboratively to provide equitable solutions and access.
