What We Stand For
Neurodivergent & Chronic Condition Inclusive:
We champion neurodiversity and embrace students living with chronic conditions. Stimming, fidgeting, flexible engagement, and accessibility are welcomed our learning spaces are intentionally designed for all brains and bodies.
Radical Inclusion:
All are welcome here, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, neurotype, age, faith, or background. Our faculty, curriculum, and policies reflect a deep commitment to global diversity and intersectionality.
Ethical Leadership:
Radiant requires all students to complete an enhanced minimum number of ethics courses, because “do no harm” is not just a slogan—it’s the heart of transformative, trauma-informed, ICF- aligned coaching. Our ethical foundation is non-negotiable and continually evolving.
