Radiant Policy & Procedures

Disability & Accessibility Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Prepared by: Surya, CEO, Radiant Health International

Policy Statement

Radiant Health Institute is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and supportive virtual learning environment for all students, faculty, and staff, regardless of disability or chronic health condition. We operate in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and all applicable international laws governing disability rights and educational access.

Our Approach

Radiant recognizes that disability, neurodivergence, and chronic health conditions are part of the diversity of the human experience. We actively welcome and encourage students with visible and invisible disabilities—including mobility, vision, hearing, learning, neurodevelopmental, psychological, and chronic health conditions—to fully participate in all programs, retreats, and community spaces.

Reasonable Accommodations

Radiant Health Institute will make every reasonable effort to provide accommodations that support equal access to our curriculum, live sessions, mentorship, and community platforms. Examples of accommodations include, but are not limited to:

Flexible attendance and camera policies for reasons of health, overstimulation, or neurodivergent needs (while encouraging live participation to the greatest extent possible)

Permission to use assistive technology, captioning services, fidget tools, or alternate input methods

Breaks as needed during classes, retreats, and events

Written transcripts or alternative formats for required materials upon request

Extended time for assignments or alternative assessment methods as appropriate

How to Request Accommodations

Students seeking accommodations should contact Phoenix (Executive Operations Assistant) at support@ radianthealthinstitute.com as soon as possible, ideally prior to the start of their program. Requests should include a description of the disability or condition and the specific accommodation(s) requested. Radiant may request documentation if necessary to determine appropriate accommodations, but strives to minimize administrative barriers.

All disability-related information will be kept confidential and shared only with those involved in arranging accommodations.

Commitment to Accessibility

Radiant is committed to continually improving the accessibility of our digital platforms (LearnWorlds, GoHighLevel, Skool, Facebook, TeamHubs, and any future platforms). If you experience difficulty accessing any aspect of our programs or materials, please let us know immediately so we can address the barrier.

Non-Discrimination & Protection

It is Radiant’s policy to prohibit discrimination, harassment, or retaliation against any individual on the basis of disability or accommodation needs. All reports of disability-related discrimination will be taken seriously and investigated promptly, per our grievance policy.

Continuous Improvement

Radiant Health Institute is committed to ongoing review and enhancement of accessibility and disability inclusion in all programs and policies. We welcome feedback and suggestions from our community to better serve all learners.
