Disciplinary Procedures; Grievance & Appeals Policy

Radiant Health International is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and ethical learning environment for all students, faculty, staff, and community members. We uphold high standards of conduct and provide clear, fair pathways for reporting, investigating, and resolving concerns or disputes.

Reporting an Incident or Concern

If you witness or experience a policy violation, code of conduct breach, harassment, discrimination, or any other concern, you are strongly encouraged to report it promptly.

Disciplinary Procedures

Initial Review

Upon receipt of a report or observation of a potential violation, Radiant will conduct an initial review to determine if further investigation is warranted. This may involve preliminary fact- finding and outreach to involved parties.


Notice of Investigation

If a formal investigation is needed, all relevant parties will be notified in writing. Notices will summarize the concern, outline the investigation process, and invite responses from those involved.


Investigation

Radiant will conduct a thorough, fair, and timely investigation, which may include interviews, review of documentation, and statements from witnesses. All investigations are handled with discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Determination and Consequences

Upon completion of the investigation, Radiant will determine outcomes and communicate these in writing to all involved. Consequences may include, but are not limited to:

Verbal or written warning

Educational or remedial assignments

Temporary suspension from classes or activities Removal from the program (without refund)

Referral to external authorities, as required by law


Right to Appeal

Any individual who disagrees with a disciplinary decision has the right to appeal as described below.


Documentation

All reports, investigations, and outcomes are documented and retained in accordance with Radiant’s privacy policies.


Grievance & Appeals Policy

  1. Informal Resolution

    Radiant encourages informal resolution whenever possible, through direct conversation with the involved party or with Radiant staff/support.


  2. Formal Grievance

    If informal resolution is not possible or appropriate, a formal grievance may be submitted in writing via the Incident Report form or by emailing support@ radianthealthinstitute.com. The grievance should include:

    A clear description of the concern

    Steps taken to resolve informally (if any) The desired outcome


  3. Review Process

    Radiant will review all formal grievances, conduct any necessary investigation, and respond in writing within 14 business days. If more time is needed, you will be notified of the revised timeline.

  4. Appeals

    If you are dissatisfied with an outcome or disciplinary decision, you may appeal in writing to the CEO at admin@radianthealthinstitute.com within 10 business days of receiving the decision.

    Appeals must include reasons for contesting the decision and any new evidence.


  5. Final Determination

    The CEO (or designated official) will review the appeal and issue a final, written decision. All decisions are final.


  6. No Retaliation

Radiant strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, files a grievance, appeal, or incident report.
