Radiant Policy & Procedures

Faculty & Trainer Credential Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Prepared by: Surya, CEO, Radiant Health International

Radiant Health International and Radiant Health Institute are committed to maintaining the highest standards of educational quality, ethics, and professional conduct in alignment with ICF requirements, our internal DEIJB commitments, and global best practices. This policy outlines the criteria for selecting, vetting, and retaining all faculty, trainers, and mentor coaches.

Credentialing Requirements

ICF Credentials: All faculty, trainers, and mentor coaches must hold a current International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential relevant to the level of training they deliver:

Level 1 (Foundations): Minimum ACC (Associate Certified Coach), preferably with additional teaching/training experience.

Level 2 (Mastery): Minimum PCC; MCC (Master Certified Coach) preferred for lead faculty, especially in evaluator roles.

Level 3 (MCC Mastery): Must be an MCC in good standing.

Specialist Instructors: Instructors for niche content (e.g., trauma, business, DEIJB, creativity) must demonstrate both subject matter expertise and substantial experience as a coach, educator, or practitioner.

Proof of Credentials: All faculty are required to submit verification of current ICF credentials and maintain good standing throughout their engagement with Radiant.

Alignment with Radiant’s Values & DEIJB Commitment

DEIJB Training: All trainers and faculty must complete annual DEIJB and cultural humility training, either via Radiant’s internal offerings or pre-approved external programs.

Inclusive Pedagogy: Faculty are expected to actively support neurodiversity, trauma- informed teaching, and flexible engagement—honoring the full spectrum of student identities, learning styles, and lived experiences.

Faculty Selection, Review & Accountability

Application & Vetting: All new faculty must complete a formal application, submit references, provide teaching/coaching samples, and participate in an interview with Radiant leadership.

Performance Reviews: Faculty will receive regular feedback from students and peer reviewers. Annual performance reviews include assessment of teaching effectiveness, ethical conduct, student outcomes, and alignment with Radiant’s core values.

Ongoing Professional Development: Faculty are expected to engage in ongoing professional learning, including ethics updates, trauma-informed practice, and new coaching methodologies.

Faculty Conduct, Ethics & Reporting

Ethical Standards: All faculty are required to adhere to both the ICF Code of Ethics and Radiant’s own Code of Conduct, including confidentiality, non-discrimination, boundaries, and professional behavior.

Incident Reporting: Any breaches of ethics, professional conduct, or program standards will be promptly reviewed under the Disciplinary Procedures & Grievance Policy.

Faculty Engagement & Expectations

Commitment to Student Success: Faculty are expected to create supportive, rigorous, and inspiring learning environments, including active presence in live classes, timely feedback, and mentorship.

Faculty Meetings: Participation in quarterly faculty meetings and ongoing communication with Radiant leadership is required.

Legacy Faculty & Transition (Effective September 1, 2025)

All faculty, trainers, and mentor coaches engaged prior to September 1, 2025, are designated as “legacy faculty.” Legacy faculty may not represent, teach for, or use the Radiant Health International or Radiant Health Institute brand, curriculum, proprietary materials, or intellectual property unless they have been expressly re-contracted and approved under the current ownership and faculty selection standards.

Legacy faculty, including any prior owners, directors, trainers, or affiliated individuals, have no authority to teach, recruit, represent, or make commitments on behalf of Radiant Health International or its divisions as of the transition date.

Any legacy faculty who wish to continue must undergo a formal application and vetting process, including verification of current coaching credentials, demonstration of alignment with Radiant’s DEIJB policies and ethical standards, and acceptance of updated faculty contracts and policies.

The current owner and leadership expressly disclaim responsibility or liability for any promises, contracts, financial obligations, or representations made by any former faculty or leadership prior to September 1, 2025.
