Sexual harassment, including unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
Bullying, intimidation, microaggressions, or retaliation against any person who reports or participates in an investigation of harassment.
Zero Tolerance

Reporting & Confidentiality
Any member of the Radiant community who experiences or witnesses harassment is strongly encouraged to report the incident promptly via the Incident Report Form or by contacting support@ radianthealthinstitute.com.
All reports will be addressed promptly and confidentially. Retaliation against any person reporting harassment or participating in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
Investigation & Consequences
All complaints will be investigated impartially and as promptly as possible.
If harassment is substantiated, disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including suspension or expulsion from Radiant programs and, if warranted, referral to appropriate legal authorities.
Legal Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with the New York State Human Rights Law, Title IX, and all relevant anti-discrimination and anti-harassment statutes.
Radiant’s policy supplements, but does not replace, protections provided by local, state, or federal law.
