Legacy Student Completion Policy

Legacy Student Completion Policy

For students enrolled prior to July 1, 2025

Radiant Health Institute is committed to supporting all students with clarity, fairness, and professionalism. This policy outlines the process, requirements, and cost structure for legacy students who enrolled in Radiant programs prior to July 1, 2025 and now wish to complete their certification.

Our goal is to ensure that every graduate meets the current accreditation requirements and receives proper support throughout the completion process.

  1. Documentation Required for Completion Review

To determine what remains for you to complete, all legacy students must submit any available records from their original enrollment, including:

    • Proof of class attendance (dates, hours, topics, trainer/credential level— if available)

    • Any mentor coaching documentation previously completed

    • Any coaching evaluations that were conducted

    • Training logs or records of hours completed Radiant will review all documentation to identify:

    • What is already complete

    • What is missing

    • Which remaining requirements you must fulfill to complete the current accreditation requirements

If documentation is limited or unavailable, we will guide you through completing the updated requirements so that your certification meets current standards.

  2. Current Certification Requirements

All students both legacy and new must complete the following components in order to earn a certificate under Radiant’s current accreditation and school:

    Core Competency Training Requirements

Completion of the full set of coach-training hours required for your program level.

    Mentor Coaching

Completion of mentor coaching sessions with a credentialed mentor coach (individual + group).

    Final Performance Evaluation

A successful demonstration of coaching competency through a standardized evaluation conducted by Radiant faculty.

Radiant cannot issue any certificate unless all required components are fully documented and complete.

  3. Cost Structure for Legacy Students

Radiant strives to support legacy students equitably and transparently. Fees apply only to components that require paid faculty involvement.

    1. Live Classes — No Additional Cost

Legacy students who paid in full for their original program may attend all required live classes at no additional charge.

This allows you to complete any missing training hours without extra tuition costs.

    2. Mentor Coaching & Final Evaluation Fees

Because mentor coaching and final evaluations require dedicated time from credentialed faculty, there is an additional fee for these components for students who paid in full.

This fee ensures fair compensation for faculty providing these essential services.

    3. Exception — Students Still on Payment Plans

If you are still on an active payment plan from your original enrollment:

No additional mentorship or evaluation fees are required.

Your existing payment plan covers those components.

  4. What Legacy Students Receive Through Completion

Legacy students completing their program under Radiant’s current structure receive:

    • Access to structured, updated coach-training classes

    • Instruction from credentialed and experienced faculty

    • Accurate hour tracking and proper documentation

    • Professional mentor coaching

    • A standardized and ethical final evaluation process

    • Clear communication, support, and guidance at every stage

Our intention is to honor your previous investment while ensuring that every graduate meets the standards expected of a trained coach.
