Scholarship & International Equity Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
Prepared by: Surya, CEO, Radiant Health International
Radiant Health International is deeply committed to digital equity, accessibility, & ensuring that future coaches from underrepresented and economically disadvantaged backgrounds can participate in our programs.
Scholarship Students
Eligibility: Scholarships are awarded through an application process, prioritizing those who demonstrate financial need, a commitment to advancing coaching in their community, and alignment with Radiant’s mission.
Student Agreement: All scholarship recipients must sign a Scholarship Agreement outlining attendance, engagement, and program participation requirements.
Minimum Standards: Continued scholarship status is contingent on maintaining good standing (minimum attendance, timely completion of assignments, and active engagement). If these are not met, the scholarship may be reduced or revoked, and the student may become responsible for outstanding tuition.
Contribution Commitment: Some scholarships may include a community service, peer-coaching, or ambassador contribution as part of Radiant’s “give-back” model.
International Tuition Equity
Radiant recognizes that tuition in US dollars may not reflect equitable value in all countries. We offer international tuition matching and custom scholarships for students residing in lower-income regions or countries with significant currency exchange disparities.
Students who apply from these regions may be eligible for:
A sliding scale tuition rate (based on World Bank data, GDP, or cost of living index) A matched scholarship that brings their tuition in line with local earning capacity Additional support (payment plan flexibility, technology access stipends, etc.)
Applicants will be asked to provide documentation of residency and income if requesting this adjustment.
All equity-based scholarships are clearly documented and reviewed annually for fairness and alignment with Radiant’s global mission.
Scholarship & Certification
All scholarship students are held to the same graduation standards as tuition-paying students. No student (regardless of scholarship or payment plan) will receive a certificate or ICF CCE hours until all program obligations and, if relevant, remaining tuition or service commitments are fulfilled.
