Prepared by: Surya, CEO, Radiant Health International
At Radiant Health Institute, we are committed to maintaining a learning environment rooted in professionalism, inclusion, and ethical practice. All students, faculty, and staff are expected to uphold the following Code of Conduct as a condition of participation in any Radiant program.
Respect, Dignity & Non-Discrimination
Treat all members of the Radiant community—students, staff, trainers, and clients with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, neurotype, veteran status, or any protected status is strictly prohibited.
Radiant Health Institute maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or microaggressions, whether verbal, written, physical, or virtual.
Integrity & Professionalism
Uphold honesty, transparency, and fairness in all communications and coursework. Refrain from plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.
Honor confidentiality in all peer coaching, mentor coaching, class discussions, and client interactions, as outlined in the Radiant Confidentiality Policy and the ICF Code of Ethics.
Participation & Engagement
Attend all required live sessions, participate actively, and communicate professionally if you must be absent for an extended period of time.
Maintain appropriate boundaries in all classroom, coaching, and community interactions.
Cameras must be on during live virtual classes, except in cases of approved accommodations (see Accessibility Policy).
Professional Conduct in Community Spaces
Demonstrate compassion, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
Disagreements should be handled respectfully, seeking resolution through dialogue or, if necessary, through official grievance procedures.
Gossip, disparagement of others, or disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
Reporting & Accountability
Students are encouraged to report any concerns regarding discrimination, harassment, or policy violations via the Incident Report Form or by contacting
support@ radianthealthinstitute.com.
All reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and in alignment with our Grievance & Disciplinary Procedures.
Consequences for Violations
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or dismissal from Radiant programs, as outlined in our Disciplinary Procedures.
