Student Payment Policy

Radiant Health International (“Radiant”) offers world-class, ICF-accredited holistic coach training through three main signature programs:
Radiant Results Coaching Foundations (Level 1): $5,000 (core), $7,500 (with Business Academy add-on)
Radiant Results Coaching Mastery (Level 2): $10,000
Iconic Coaching Mastery (Level 3 – MCC Prep): $10,000
Our high-touch MCC program ensures you graduate with two passing MCC performance evaluations, deep personal transformation, and mastery to serve and scale at the highest level.
To make world-class coaching education accessible, we offer flexible pay-in-full and extended payment plan options. This policy outlines tuition payment requirements, payment plans, late fees, and certification contingencies for all students.
Payment Options & Due Dates:
Program Tuition:
Level 1: $5,000 (or $7,500 with Business Academy) Level 2: $10,000
Level 3 (MCC): $10,000

6-Month Payment Plan 12-Month Payment Plan 18-Month Payment Plan
All payments are due as specified in your signed payment agreement or, if not otherwise stated, every 30 days from your program registration date for installment plans.
Automatic Billing:
Payments are processed automatically to the card(s) you have on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment methods current and funds available.
Multiple Cards:
Radiant will attempt payment on all cards on file until payment is successful.
Payment Responsibilities Student Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring timely payments and maintaining up-to-date billing
information.
Managing Payment Methods:
Add, remove, or update your cards in your student portal as needed.
Late Payment Terms Days 1–6:
6-day grace period (no penalty).
Days 7–13:
If payment is not received, access to all live classes, learning portals, and community platforms will be suspended. Access is restored only once payment is made or a new payment arrangement is approved.
Days 14–29:
A $50 late fee is added to your account and charged to the card(s) on file. Access remains restricted until the balance (including late fees) is paid or a new plan is arranged.
Day 30+:
Accounts unpaid for 30 days will be referred to an external collections agency. You are responsible for all agency fees and commissions, in addition to your outstanding balance and late fees.
Certification Contingency:
No Certificate Until Paid in Full:
Regardless of payment plan, you will not receive your Radiant Health International certificate or ICF CCE hours until your tuition is paid in full and your account is current. This applies to all payment schedules (6, 12, or 18 months).
Notifications
Initial Reminder: 3 days before your payment due date.
Grace Period Notification: On the first day of the grace period if payment is missed. Restricted Access Notification: Day 7, if payment remains outstanding.
Final Notice: Day 14, outlining late fees and pending collections if not resolved by Day 30.
If you set up a late payment arrangement, you will not receive further reminders— reminders are based on your original payment plan.
Payment Arrangements & Appeals Payment Challenges:
If you are unable to make a payment, contact billing@radianthealthinstitute.com immediately to discuss options. Lack of communication will result in penalties as outlined above.
Appeals:
If you believe there is an error or have extenuating circumstances, submit a written appeal within 10 days of a late payment notice to billing@radianthealthinstitute.com.
Enforcement & Compliance
Non-compliance with this policy may result in additional penalties, permanent loss of access to Radiant resources, and forfeiture of eligibility for certification.
Policy Review
Radiant Health International reviews this payment policy annually to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with accreditation and legal standards.
