Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Radiant Health Institute (“Radiant”) program, coaching, membership, events (retreats or otherwise), or accessing our learning platforms (including GoHighLevel, LearnWorlds, Skool, and Facebook groups), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, all program policies, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines communicated to you.

Scope of Agreement

Radiant grants you a non-transferable, limited right to access and use your enrolled programs, courses, and materials for your personal and professional development. You agree not to assign, transfer, sublicense, reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of our proprietary materials or curriculum without explicit written consent.

Membership, Community & Code of Conduct

Membership in any Radiant community or group (including the Radiant Wealth & Wellness Society) is contingent on adherence to all community guidelines, standards, and ethical principles as set by Radiant.

Disparagement, harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct will result in immediate removal from all Radiant communities and forfeiture of access without refund.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of enrollment or as set forth in your payment plan.

Once access is granted to our proprietary curriculum, live classes, or digital resources, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our 7-Day Add/Drop Policy for eligible programs.

Installment payments are auto-billed according to your agreement; non-payment will result in restricted access and may lead to collections (see Payment Policy for details).

Retreats have a non-refundable deposit & 30 days before Retreat date no other refunds will be honored.

Certification

Graduation or certification is not guaranteed by participation alone; all requirements, assessments, and fees must be completed in full and to the standard specified by the program.

All certifications, credentials, and titles are awarded solely at the discretion of Radiant, in compliance with ICF and other accrediting body standards.

Prior Ownership & Legacy Commitments

Effective September 1, 2025, Radiant Health Institute (“the Company”) is under new ownership and leadership. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for, and expressly disclaims any obligation arising from, any promises, agreements, representations, commitments, or other arrangements (whether oral or written) made prior to September 1, 2025, by any former owner, shareholder, officer, director, manager, employee, contractor, or representative of the Company. Only agreements, commitments, or obligations made on or after this date by current ownership and leadership are binding.

Participants, students, and customers hereby release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its current owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to such prior promises, agreements, or representations.

User Responsibilities, Prohibited Conduct, and Termination

In addition to other prohibitions stated in the Terms and Conditions, users are expressly prohibited from using the site or services for any unlawful purpose; to transmit viruses or malicious code; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; to engage in fraudulent activity; or to circumvent security features. Radiant Health Institute reserves the right to terminate access to any service or product, without notice, for any violation of these prohibited uses.

Age of Majority

By using this site or enrolling in any program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or that you have provided legal parental or guardian consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, products, and website features are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim any liability for the accuracy of displayed content, colors, or images.

User Submissions

Any comments, testimonials, feedback, or other submissions provided to Radiant Health Institute may be used, published, and distributed in any medium, without compensation or obligation of confidentiality, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and all related policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Electronic Consent & Signature

By enrolling, clicking “I agree,” or using this website, you consent to these terms electronically in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (E-Sign) Act.

Force Majeure

Radiant Health Institute shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, government orders, natural disasters, or technical failures.

No Guarantee of Results

Radiant Health Institute does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from participation in any of its services, programs, or courses.

Changes and Updates

Radiant Health Institute reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions (including this Addendum) at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curricula, videos, handouts, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Radiant Health Institute and may not be shared, copied, resold, or otherwise distributed without express written permission.

Any ideas, content, or submissions you provide may be used by Radiant (with attribution) for program enhancement, testimonials, or community development unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is integral to our programs. All students, staff, and faculty are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information shared within sessions, coaching calls, peer pods, and group discussions.

Specific forms or agreements may be required for recorded coaching calls or evaluation purposes.

Disclaimers & Personal Responsibility

Radiant programs, courses, and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only and are not substitutes for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results arising from participation in our programs and agree to hold Radiant and its representatives harmless from any liability.

Governing Law

Radiant Health Institute and Radiant Health International operate under the laws of the State of New York, United States. All legal matters will be adjudicated in New York State courts unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

Radiant reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes your agreement to any such changes.
