By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, product, or service offered by Radiant Health Institute or Radiant Health International (“Radiant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“user,” “student,” “participant,” “member”) agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our full Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and any program-specific agreements. These Terms of Use are binding for all users, whether or not you have read them in full.
Personal License & Intellectual Property
All content, curriculum, materials, and resources are the exclusive property of Radiant Health Institute and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, share, sell, reprint, publish, distribute, or exploit any Radiant content or materials without express written permission.
Confidentiality & Community Standards
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary content and private information shared within Radiant programs, including student discussions, coaching sessions, and online forums.
You may not share, record, or distribute any participant’s information, stories, or personal details outside of the designated program environment.
Participation in community spaces (including Facebook Groups, forums, and live sessions) is at your own discretion; exercise respect and good judgment at all times.
Media & Communications Release
By participating in Radiant’s programs or events, you grant permission for your image, name, voice, and any voluntary contributions (comments, chat, video, audio, photos, posts, testimonials) to be used for educational and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing to opt out.
No Guarantee of Results
Radiant Health Institute makes no representations or guarantees regarding outcomes, certification, or financial results. All programs and resources are for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
Community Safety, Non-Discrimination, and Harassment
Radiant prohibits any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or abuse. You are expected to adhere to all codes of conduct and anti-harassment policies. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
Payment, Refunds, and Chargebacks
By enrolling, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in your payment agreement. No refunds will be issued except as provided in your contract or where required by law.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us at support@ radianthealthinstitute.com. Unresolved or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and reporting.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms of Use, your participation, or any Radiant service will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
Termination of Access
Radiant reserves the right to terminate or restrict your participation for breach of any policy, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct, with or without notice.
Legacy Programs & Prior Agreements
As of September 1, 2025, Radiant Health Institute is under new ownership and management. Any prior promises, agreements, or commitments made by former owners, staff, or third parties are expressly disclaimed. Only policies, terms, and agreements issued after this date are recognized.
Amendments & Updates
Radiant may update or amend these Terms of Use and related policies at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of current terms.
