Transfer of Credit (Advanced Standing)

Radiant Health Institute is committed to honoring prior learning while maintaining the integrity, depth, and standards of our ICF-accredited programs. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and recognize previous ICF-accredited coach training, provided the following conditions are met:
Maximum Transfer Allowed: Up to 40% of the total required coach training hours for any Radiant program may be accepted as transfer credit from other ICF-accredited or equivalent* programs.
Mentor Coaching: All required mentor coaching hours must be completed through Radiant Health Institute or with a Radiant-approved mentor coach.
Eligibility: Transfer credit may be considered for live synchronous hours (classes, practicums) and approved asynchronous content, provided documentation and proof of completion are submitted.
Assessment: All transfer requests are subject to review and approval by Radiant’s Director of Education. Transcripts, certificates, syllabi, and evidence of attendance/participation must be provided.
Residency Requirement: Students must complete at least 60% of total coach-specific training hours, all Radiant-specific assessments, ethics coursework, peer pod participation, and live practicum requirements at Radiant Health Institute.
No Retroactive Credit: Transfer credit must be requested and approved at the time of enrollment, not after training has begun.
*Equivalent programs may be considered at the discretion of Radiant Health Institute and must demonstrate alignment with ICF standards.
Partial Completion Policy
We are committed to providing flexibility for students who, due to extenuating circumstances, cannot complete their full training. In these cases the following applies:
Recognition of Partial Completion
Students who withdraw from a program prior to completion and who have maintained good standing with payment and attendance will receive a transcript of hours completed, including details of live classes, peer coaching, mentor coaching, and other fulfilled requirements.
Re-Enrollment: Students who wish to return within 12 months may apply previously completed hours toward their program, provided the curriculum has not substantially changed.
No Partial Certification: Radiant Health Institute does not issue partial certifications. Only students who meet all graduation requirements and whose tuition is paid in full will receive official certificates of completion or eligibility for ICF credentialing.
Transfer of Hours to Other Schools: Upon written request, Radiant will provide documentation of completed hours and learning outcomes to support transfer to other ICF-accredited programs.
Scholarship & Global Equity Consideration
Radiant Health Institute is committed to digital equity and access for students worldwide. In cases where students on scholarship or living in countries with significant economic disparity seek transfer credit or partial completion recognition, we will:
Assess Equitable Access: Match scholarships, tuition adjustments, or alternate payment plans to ensure global access, provided students maintain active participation and payment in alignment with their agreement.
Document Support: Provide additional guidance and documentation for international students navigating local regulatory requirements or continuing their education elsewhere.
